Today we were introduced to the Mass Transport Vehicle project in Mr. Tillay's class. It was a very straight forward presentation with a few advices here and there. As a class, we were able to go on the computers and check out the site set up for this project (http://dhsvhs.org/tillayd/dc/index.htm). I went on thinking about the rules (especially where it says that we may not use the rubber band as a slingshot) and I asked if it was okay to cut the rubber band. It was okay to do that and so it gave two options for my project now. The subject about Mr. Gillespie's wind tunnel came about and so I will consider it. The thought on my mind now is whether the car will be a front-wheel drive or rear-wheel drive (i.e. Which is easier, to push or pull a heavy object?). I will just have to try it out when I get home from school.
